Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 6, 2026

At QuickTools, we believe your business is your business. We built these tools to be "privacy-first," which means we designed the website so that we don't have to collect your personal information to help you get your work done.

Because many of our users are students and young creators, we have written this policy in plain language.

1 The "No-Data" Rule

The most important thing to know is that QuickTools does not see, store, or collect your files.

  • How it works: When you use our tools, the "work" happens entirely inside your own web browser.
  • No Uploads: Your photos and documents never leave your computer or phone. They are not sent to our servers.
  • Automatic Deletion: Since data stays in your browser's temporary memory, it disappears as soon as you close the tab.

2 Information We DO NOT Collect

To keep things simple and safe:

  • We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
  • We do not require you to create an account or log in.
  • We do not keep a history of what you have searched for or created.

3. Information We DO Collect (And Why)

To make sure the website is working correctly, we collect a small amount of anonymous data:

  • Basic Analytics: Popularity of tools (e.g., "100 people used the QR Generator").
  • Device Type: Screen size info to make sure the site fits your device.
  • Errors: Anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs.

We never link this information to you personally.

4. Cookies

We use very few cookies. These help the site remember your settings (like if you prefer Dark Mode). We do not use "Tracking Cookies" that follow you to other sites.

5. Protecting Students

QuickTools is a safe zone for users under 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We don't want your data, and we don't ask for it!
